With over 20 years of global experience in recruiting, leadership, and mentoring across tech and professional services, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people thrive. I’ve witnessed the spark of a truly fulfilling career—and the draining “blah” when things just don’t click.
After climbing the corporate ladder, chasing titles, and leading ever-larger teams, I hit a wall. My spark dimmed, my purpose felt shaky, and I became a shadow of myself at work and at home. I needed a reset.
Coaching became my game-changer. It gave me clarity, fresh perspectives, and the tools to design a career—and a life—that truly fit me. Now, I’ve built a coaching practice that lights me up, balanced with a career I love and a family life (as balanced as it gets with a teenager and a toddler in the mix!).

About my coaching
I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. My coaching philosophy is simple: you already have the answers. My job is to help you uncover them by challenging your thinking, unlocking your potential, and reshaping the stories holding you back.
Through dynamic exercises, self-assessments, and powerful questions (yes, there will be homework!), we’ll work together to shape your goals and co-create a plan that feels authentic and actionable. I’ll help you get unstuck, take charge of your career, or become the leader you aspire to be.
